Start with what your business needs to figure out.

You want to understand what is possible.

Your business has goals to reach and problems to solve. You need to understand where AI could help, including opportunities your team may not have considered.

Your leaders need an agreed direction.

Different teams see different possibilities. You need a shared understanding of what AI should change and which priorities to pursue together.

You need to know how to move forward.

You have ideas, tools, or an early pilot. You need a realistic view of the people, systems, and operating changes required to put them to useful work.

Executive advice for the decisions your team needs to make.

You work directly with senior practitioners who connect business priorities with technical choices. We have no platform sales quotas or referral incentives influencing our advice.

How we work

Understand the options and their implications.

We translate AI capabilities and limitations into what they mean for your goals, customers, and operations. Your leaders gain a shared understanding of what is possible and what needs further investigation.

Work through competing priorities.

We bring business and technology perspectives into the same conversation, challenge assumptions, and help leaders resolve tradeoffs. We provide recommendations and the reasoning behind them; your leaders retain investment and approval authority.

Build judgment that stays with your team.

You leave with the knowledge, documentation, and decision criteria to explain the direction, evaluate new proposals, and take the plan forward without retaining us.

What your team takes forward.

We shape the scope around your starting point and goals. These outputs give your leaders a shared direction and your team the detail needed to act on it.

An agreed AI direction

What should AI help us accomplish?

A clear connection between your business goals and the capabilities to develop. Your leaders have a common basis for decisions across teams, with priorities and tradeoffs made explicit.

A practical opportunity assessment

Where could it make a useful difference?

Opportunities grounded in customer needs, daily workflows, and business performance. Your team can see what to explore first, why it matters, and which ideas need more evidence.

A clear view of readiness

What needs to change around the technology?

Findings on data, systems, skills, workflow, and risk requirements. You know what the business can support today, what needs preparation, and where additional help may be necessary.

Independent build, buy, or partner advice

What is the right approach for our business?

Recommendations that account for your existing systems, internal capacity, and operating requirements. We examine vendor claims and technical options so your leaders can make informed choices.

Business cases and success measures

What improvement are we working toward?

The expected benefit, current baseline, costs, assumptions, and measures for the priorities under consideration. Your team has a way to assess progress and revisit the reasoning as evidence develops.

A sequenced implementation roadmap

How do we put the direction into practice?

The order of work, dependencies, accountable owners, resource needs, and review points. Your team can begin delivery with a clear view of responsibilities and what each stage needs to establish.

From understanding the business to preparing it for change.

We work with your leaders and the people closest to the workflow, using operating evidence to connect what is possible with what it will take.

AI proposals assessed to priorities funded

Quick-service restaurant franchise group

Corporate and franchisee leaders agreed how AI should support restaurant performance.

The franchise group wanted to reduce food waste and make better staffing decisions. We tested proposals against store-level data and helped leaders with different priorities establish a common direction.

The plan put food-waste forecasting first, identified the data improvements needed before scheduling could proceed, and gave each funded priority an owner, a baseline, and a 90-day review. Leaders funded two priorities and ruled out a voice-ordering rollout whose projected payback exceeded six years.

Read the strategy case study

Before we begin.

Do we need an AI roadmap or a list of ideas first?

No. We can begin with your business goals and the work you need to improve. Discovering relevant opportunities and assessing readiness can form part of the engagement, whether you are exploring AI for the first time or already have tools and pilots.

How does executive advisory fit into the engagement?

You work directly with senior practitioners on the questions and decisions that shape your strategy. We explain relevant capabilities and limitations, challenge assumptions, and help leaders work through tradeoffs. Advisory supports the agreed strategy scope; an ongoing relationship would have a separate scope.

How do you determine the scope and timing?

We agree the decisions you need to make, the teams and workflows involved, and the evidence available. Those factors determine the work, timetable, and fee. We confirm the scope together before the engagement begins.

Does the strategy engagement include implementation?

The strategy engagement stands on its own. You can take the recommendations forward with your team or another delivery partner. If you want us to help with governance, adoption, or engineering, we agree that work separately.

What should your business be able to do next?

Bring us the goal, operating problem, or question about AI that your team needs to work through. In just 15 minutes, we will discuss what you want to accomplish, where you are starting, and whether we can help.
